1. The Promoter is JAD HAIR (ABN 72 096 269 037) and is located at 63 Coulstock St, Epping VIC 3076.

2. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. To enter, entrants must go to www.jadhair.com.au/competition during the competition period and complete the entire form then select the 'Submit Entry' button. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. The prize is valued at RRP $290.

4. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted, only the first entry will be counted.

5. The competition is limited to residents of Victoria who are 16 or over. If a winner is discovered to be under 16, they will automatically be disqualified. Winners entering from outside the state will also be disqualified.

6. The competition will start at 9:00am Wed 2/3/22 and close at 11:59pm Tue 31/5/22.

7. The winner will be selected at 10:00am Wed 1/6/22 and contacted before 11:00am Wed 1/6/22.

8. The winner will receive an email notification and be contacted via the mobile number they have provided. If no contact is made before 7th June 11:59pm the prize will be forfeited.

9. The winner must organise to pick up their prize from the JAD Hair salon located in Epping VIC 3076. The prize will not be shipped to the winner.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant if the Promoter has reason to believe they submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

13. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.

15. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on the provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' information for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.

16. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
